  • Thank you for joining, this is where you find Aunt Carol. I never do face book. Evan made me sign up one night to get pictures, and I don't know how to delete it. lol Didn't Elmo make a beautiful site? I am so proud of him. Cindy and children hated the time he spent building it, but when then started to see it come to life, it became a family affair. All had ideas and all gave advice! {Including me} lol. They are all so proud, and the wonderful families, they will have for life. You never meet them in person, but reading all their blogs, you somehow feel connected. It has been wonderful for Cindy and Elmo and the kids. Even Jessie says Navydads.com lol Well how is my precious Stephen and that little baby girl? Give them my love, hope to see ya'll soon. Love Aunt Carol
  • Jinny, Welcome Aboard!
It's good to have you on here cuz. As you know I started this site for us Navy Dads and family members that have Sailors serving in the Navy. So jump right in share concerns, join groups, share info, and show off your sailor. Evan is currently deployed overseas for the next 5 months and is working with the arresting gear on the flight deck of the USS Ronald Reagan, catching the jets when they come in. He doesn't have it to bad since the Reagan is stationed in San Diego. I'm glad to have you with us and thanks again for joining.
    Sincerely, Elmo
  • Welcome to NavyDads Jinny! I'm sure you'll find the site as fun and useful as I have. Explore and make some friends, add your comments to a discussion or two, read the postings in the various groups-- even start one or two. I have! If you have any questions or concerns about your sailor and what he is going through...ask! I'm sure someone here will have the answer or can point you in the right direction to find out. I'm lucky enough to have two sailors- my son Eric just returned from a seven-month cruise on the carrier Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) and my daughter Kat returned last fall from a seven-month cruise on the carrier Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72). And Jinny this is a great place to brag about your sailor as well! So join in and let us know how your sailor is doing! Best Regards- Paul
