Mike we may be in the same boat here in the west. No high wind here yet, but the advisories start at noon. My daughter will be able to she the Blue Angels as she is in A school in Pensacola.
Yes Mike, she is to be at Great Lakes early in July. She is to be an Airdale
Also my daughter is in DEP and will be in Boot Camp early in the summer.
Mike Andrew is just Checked n to his new squadron at Whidbey Island. He was sent for a couple of weeks of training then to the squadron.
A lager sounds great. I will let you know the next time I plan to be in your area. In the '70s I was Army, Infantry Officer (O3) but detailed Aviation. I was a Helicopter pilot for most of the time I was in. I hope to look in one of the Navy's birds on the Tiger to see how much they have changed. I do miss the flying.
Thanks Mike, I have gotten some great info in the last couple of days and am looking forward to the experience. I get out your way sometimes and will look you up the next time. I almost always stop at Famous, and in particular the new Leaf restaurant, and would enjoy joining you for a drink and/or a cigar. Dave
