VP-4 Operation Tomodachi

NAVAL AIR FACILITY MISAWA, Japan (March 26, 2011) Lt. Peter Kennedy, a Klamath Falls, Ore., native and patrol plane commander of a P-3 aircraft assigned to Patrol Squadron (VP) 4, disembarks the aircraft to confirm the status of departure due to inclement weather.
