Once they arrive at the airport they will wait at the USO on the other recruits from different parts of the country to arrive before making the bus trip to Great Lakes. Like Paul said, it could be late. I believe we received the call around 10:00 pm and our son boarded the plane from Ms around 8:00 am.

it's hard to say, but unless your son has a cell he can use at the airport, the call home won't be until much later....stay by your phone as it could be well after midnight...............reminder it will be about 15 seconds..."I'm here" and not much else.....
