somewhere in all my collection of stuff I have links to current manning rates......and naturally I cannot find them!! I keep looking !!!!!
Thanks, Paul; that makes perfect sense to me despite my having served in USAF forty years ago (and yes, they were still flying bi-planes then). . . .

but you must consider the manning rate in ratings as well...you may have a very high ASVAB score, but if the rating is essentially closed due to being overmanned, there is little hope of getting in
