New at Boot Camp

My daughter got to boot camp last Wednesday and we just found out yesterday she is on Ship 2 Div 901, anyone else have a child in this group ?

    got a call from my SR yesterday, says she is doing fine. call was definitely a moral booster for us.

    remember that by policy you are entitled to TWO calls: "I'm Here" and "I'm a Sailor".  ALL the other calls are made at the discretion of the RDC's- though generally they allow calls around week 3 (the "I'm still alive" call) and as the division earns them.

    the form letter could take up to a week more.....when you get it check the address as the recruiters often do not have the most recent division assignments....

    We received her Kid in a box via FEDEX yesterday, I hope we get the form letter today.
