OCS 16-17
Paul and Jim,
My son Alex is in OCS 16-17 set to graduate on Sep 30.
There are a couple of questions we have about OCS graduation that you may be able to answer. Alex said that we would be able to get onbase Thursday and we wondered what activities there might be. Does he have to clear out on Friday the day of his graduation? We were planning to stay another day to visit with family. Finally I assume that he has to make his own travel arrangements to get home.
Anything you know about this or if you know where I can get that info is greatly appreciated.

Yeah sorry Anthony. My son was also enlisted. It's been difficult to get any inside information from OCS to help us answer any questions like you have. We rely on dads like yourself to help fill in the blanks. Like Paul said, get into the group we have here and ask the other dads to see if they can give you any insight.
