Ship 7 div 176 PIR 5/20

We received a letter today and my son is in ship 7 div 176 with a PIR of 5/20. Only one call so far. Anyone else have a SR in this ship and div?

I don't know... what I mean is our form letter with address came-in today, but it only said 'Ship 07 Div ____' (the div was blank).

I would contact the RTC public affairs number 1-847-688-2405.  This is not any of secret squirrel number, they had it posted on their Facebook page.  In case you have a Facebook page, please look them up, it is a wealth of information.

Only 2 letters and still no call. Anyone receive a call yet?

No call here, yet. Was hoping to get one this past weekend but they must be keeping this division very busy.

They are a "push" div. They started a little late and are catching up. That may be why. My son in his letters sounded like they are busy but he is doing ok. I went to Navy bootcamp and remember the first few weeks as being the hardest.

yes this is my son's division. I have not recieved any letters or calls yet. He's been gone almost a month now I had to call his recruiter just to get his address so I could write him. His mom got a call today for the first time but she missed it. i'm hoping i will get a letter this week or atleast a phone call.He should get my letter this week so i'm positive that he has all my info. I dont think he had everything he needed before he left for basic.

yes today was the first contact. his message said he was writing but not getting any letters back. but when he sent his box home from the first night it was addressed wrong but still made it "it had the wrong zip" but no letters yet
