Bravo Zulu is a naval signal, conveyed by flaghoist or voice radio, meaning "Well Done"; it has also passed into the spoken and written vocabulary. Use this "reconstructed" area to post your Bravo Zulu for your sailor or just to say Well Done !!

  • Congratulations to Paul for his outstanding achievements. We appreciate him for his dedication and service to our great country. Well Done!!!

Good luck to all the men and women of our Navy who in recent days have taken their advancement exams. I wish them well in their efforts to achieve the next level in rank.
  • Got this in an email from Paul this morning. 2nd Navy Achievement Medal - his last was just a year ago. Yes, I am pretty proud!

Got this message from Paul when I woke up this morning...:

"Soo I got another NAM today, totally blew my mind, normally you'd get one, 2 max after doing a whole tour, usually from a end of tour award. So, yep"
  • I'll be the first in the "all new" BZ area to offer a big Bravo Zulu to all the sailors, marines and soldiers currently helping the suffering people in Haiti....our prayers go out to them during this tragedy. In particular a BZ to the officers and crew of the USS Carl Vinson...check out the video I posted in the discussion about the Vinson and 6 other ships going to aid the people of Haiti.
