New here as well. from Conowingo in Cecil County. My son Troy is in basic now with a PIR date of Feb.17th. Very proud dad. His classification is HM. He will leave for Texas after graduation.

Greetings all, Navy Vet, Corpsman, live in Bowie and my Son is currently teaching at the Academy in Annapolis. It's great to have him nearby for a while. He's a DC 2 teaching buoyancy and stability.

Hello all. Our son goes off to GL the 10th August, AECF. We'll experience the empty nest after 28 years (hes the youngest of 4). Good to find this group. We're located 20-some miles west of Pax River.

Welcome Jack and Oscar!  Though I'm not a Maryland dad, I did graduate from College Park and so Maryland holds a special place in my heart!

Hello all, My daughter singed her contract yesterday for CRT, now waiting for 8/30 to be sent to Grate Lakes. We are from Bowie MD and its nice to see an MD group.
