My daughter Stephanie is leaving for Boot Camp Aug 25th, the same RTC that I went to 43 years ago. This the beginning of a six year enlistment for her. She is a three year college graduate living in Michigan and could not find a job in her field of CJ.

After Boot Camp she will be shipped to Texas for her A school for Master at Arms, then who knows where she will end up.
Steph also applied for OCS delayed entry program. She is so young and with so many opportunities ahead of her in the finest Navy in the world.

I am very PROUD she choose the Navy and to serve her country like so many of us have in the past. God speed to her and all of our Military men and women.

If all goes well he will do his PIR on 9/26/08 wife and I were able to get a spot right on base in the famcamp they have there so we will be driving down with our motorhome and towing his jeep behind us so that should put a big smile on his face. the fact that we will be on base too should help to as seeing each other should be ez.

Hi Raffaele, tell your son thanks for choosing to serve our great country! I think your son will enjoy his chosen profession,I know mine does. Josh has enrolled in criminal justice course's, so he can pursue a career in law enforcement whether he chooses to stay in and make a career out of the navy or not.
