Hi Guys,
I also have a son David. He just completed his a-school in September from Groton submarine base. He is an ET-Nav NUB on a fast attack sub. He was just deployed on his first assignment. He had to fly somewhere far away to meet up with his boat (it has been out for 6 months now). Of course he wouldn't tell us where he was going. The good thing he is not supposed to be out for very long, possibly back before Christmas. I am sure you guys are as proud of your sailors as I am. God Bless our sailors! Randy

Great! David re-enlisted in August down in Annapolis. My wife and I and our older son were able to attend.

Andrew is an AEAN and is almost 3 years into his first enlistment. He is about to leave on his first deployment.

Chuck, Welcome to the group! Yep, we're about 5 hours or so apart. Thanks to your son for his service! My son is an AO2 and he reported today for a 3 year tour with the Blue Angels. I can't wait to hear about his first day.

Hi Mike I am located on the other end of PA. My son is asigned to the Patrol Squadron VP-4 and is scheduled to deploy soon.

Hello fellow Pennsylvania Dads (and anyone else who may be browsing)! My wife and I are located in Easton, PA, about 50 miles north of Philadelphia. Our younger son, David, is an AO2 and is stationed on the Navy side of Joint Base Andrews, MD, at NAF Washington, DC. He will be finishing up a 3+ year assignment in the Fall and will then be heading to join the Blue Angels as a Crew Chief trainee! We're really looking forward to his 3 years with the "Blue Jets"!
