We all understand, Clifford ... we are all proud of him too. I am struck every day how much your perspective changes when your son or daughter is serving. We always had huge respect and admiration for our services, but it's been magnified a hundred-fold since our son left for basic. Nearly finished with his first deployment and after 3 years, the pride just continues to expand. Remarkable. Congratulations on raising a terrific young man and American - we are all safer because of him.

My son in this pic was @ Great Lakes 28SEP2007. He made PO2(E5) at 20 years old. He is across the pond doing things, I can't talk about here but, I wish that I could because he makes so proud of him and

this Great Country he services.

If you havent watched the Midway video on the main page please do so.Many of our dads grandads and uncles were over there and if you heard stories as a kid like I did it brings back memories.

Hello to all navy dads.Hope your memorial was as pleasant as it could get.We had a great day bbq-ing with all the treats and a special one from our MA.We have known he is coming home from over seas for a while but got better news and found out he will be in a day earlier than we thought.Time to go fishin.Jon will be in onThursday at DFW cant wait.God Bless all and to those especially who gave all and their families..
