Finaly here just have to wait on my son now, really looking forward to seeing my son. There is a shutle that you caan use from the air port $30. to were im staying.  8/3 Also be aware there is road repair on the expressway it was from three lanes down to one dont know when they will be finished but be aware of it so you wont be late.

@ David, your Sailor can put you on a list that the guards will have at the gate, not necessary if you have military ID.

My father-in-law and I are planning to go to Norfolk to pick up my daughter when the ship arrives.  Any advice about getting on the base and getting her? Do we need a pass and if so where do I get them?
