I set up an 8 foot step ladder at work, figure if I can climb up and down 25 times an hour I will be able to keep up with him on the watch. My legs are a little tight this evening.

Son says I can stand a watch with him while on the Tiger Cruise if I am up to it. He did the math and transitions between 208 decks on his 4 hour watch. He calls himself the stairmaster.

110202-N-2907P-003 ARABIAN SEA (Feb. 2, 2011) Skiffs being towed by a suspected pirate mothership are destroyed by weapons fire from the guided-missile destroyer USS Momsen (DDG 92) after Momsen disrupted an attack on a commercial oil tanker in the Arabian Sea. Momsen and the guided-missile cruiser USS Bunker Hill (CG 54) came to the aid of the merchant vessel simultaneously in a coordinated rescue and assist effort after receiving a distress call. Momsen and Bunker Hill are deployed supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility. probably have sunscreen in the ship's store though your sailor would have to buy it with his card...don't think they deal with cash. Packing a small tube would be smart so you are prepared.  I found a small size of a Neutrogena product...PSF30, oil free, that works like a solid deodorant stick....handy with no mess that I could keep in a pocket...lot's of squinting though on deck!!!

Thanks Paul, I've just about got my bag packed. I just need more sun screen or do they sell that on board? I understand no hats on the flight deck.  Any suggestion on how to keep the sun out of your face?
