From our family to you and yours...Merry Christmas!
A little over 4 years ago I stood watching my son being sworn in at MEP's and a short time later I proudly watched his PIR. As we all watch our sons/daughters go through this roller coaster we all are Proud Navy Dads! may you all have a Merry Christmas and for those that get to enjoy them at home cherish the moment. Thank you all for the well wishes of my son re upping and for the new ones here welcome aboard. God Bless
Stephen, yes indeed our family is very thankful and feeling blessed. So good to have our son home again...
B'sNukemom&dad, after reading the latest comments on here for some reason I thought of the song "We're All in This Together" from High School Musical heheh.. And yes it's amazing how fast time flies. I can't believe it myself that our Sailor has been in for a little over 2 years to date...
Have a great weekend and Merry Christmas y'all!
One year ago today we were in Chicago for PIR! What a year it's been!
Stephen and Douglas that's great! Our sailor is at home now on leave. He got in Monday and will be here until next week to celebrate Christmas with the family :)
Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year.
Our Son Jordan will be home this Christmas as his Squadron is back home from deployment. Looking forward to have him home for the Holidays.
