I'm an old Sailor of the Vietnam era. In boot camp they gave us soap and scrub brush, how do the recruits do their laundry these days?

I rember the brush it was the only way to get the white cover clean

Your question tickled me. I was in the Navy and in boot camp in 1975 and we had washers and dryers way back then.

Washers and driers. The division assigns a few laundry POs to wash out everything for the div, then they pass it all out before taps.
