PIR after 12/22/2010

Has anyone received a letter yet regarding PIR after 12/22/2010?

Division 32 PIRs on 12/22 but our son is in Division 34 and we don't know if they will do a PIR during the week between Christmas and New Years or wait until the first week in January.
