Each month we adopt a different group of deployed. If the ask they are adopted no matter what branch. We pick a shipping date and everyone that wants to send things does so on a specific week from their home to the adoptees.

  • Hi. We are still shipping care boxes to our deployed US military. This month it's some Seabees on the Niger borderline. Please keep them in your prayers, and help us write letters or ship boxes over at Molly's Adopt a Sailor on facebook. This month we are also sewing pillowcases for the adoptees.

  • Molly's Adopt a Sailor continues strong, but can always appreciate new blood. Come join us on facebook.

  • in response to your question John...the creator of the group or other designated admin usually takes care of updating posts and taking care of events notifications......unless there is a significant reason, ND admins usually will not step in and do that.....

  • Hey guys I am going to rant and rave for a moment ----
when we became a NPO 501c3 we thought WHOOO we can get money for shipping and things the sailors want to go into the boxes and this will be awesome !!!
We have tried and tried for grants and foundations ---- you know what ??? the TROOPS dont fit in with their *goals on how to help* they are not the Arts/ or a medical thing/ they arnt improving the community (what a load of crap) and they arent educating SO they dont qualify !!
So we did pepsi refresh thinking ohhhh here we go ---- we can get this, its up to America and who doesnt love the troops?
Well CRAP its all about who you are teamed up with -and we were appraoched about teaming with these people and Well we have been at this for 3 months daily trying for the troops I guess we will team
DO you know they had the nerve to say (after THEY approached us)
They said not everyone in their groups wants to give the votes to the troops -------- OMG OMG OMG OMG
you talk about in tears all day
HOW in the heck do people NOT support the troops ---WHAT the heck do we do now ?? I dont know how to get others to vote -- and know we are all voting BUT that does not seem to be enough
OHHH Im so dissappointed in people in big buisness. The troops are the best people out there ------JESUS LORD look what they give up. ERRRRRRRR Ok I just needed to rant and needed a *safe place to do it* Hugs to everyone here who supports the troops GOD knows they need people who do !!!
