Sheesh 4 days and no calls or online chat :(. This business of being a mom isn't fair. . . I guess nothing new is happening with him. Anyone else have a son/daughter that isn't keeping in touch a lot since in A-school?

He has his cell Cindy. . .it was everything else keeping him from having time to call. Of course he snuck in calls to his girlfriend as much as he could, I know she is very important to him right now :). I was the last on his line of people to call since he knew I would be the longest call lol it was okay with me. Yes you are right, 3 minutes would of been awesome too! The excitement is running out of me :).

Michele I am so glad you got that call I know what it means to hear from them. When Wes gets to Penn. he will be able to talk more if he gets a cell. I am glad he sounds better it makes you feel better when they sound good. I know about the 19 min. I was always glad nomatter if it was 3 or 30 haha. keep us up to date with how he is..

I got my first A-school phone call from Wes last night around 12:45am!!! Woohoo :) I know it has only been 3 weeks since PIR but it felt like two lifetimes since I heard his voice! I was pleasantly surprised that he sounded very calm and happy. I don't know about you all but I prefer phone calls versus online chatting/emails. . .interpretation is so much easier :). He passed his test too so no going in front of Chief lol. He had Turnover duty this morning so we couldn't talk too long. I was satisfied with my 19 minutes :D!

Hey everyone I know my boss just said there is not much going on here. Guess what?Evan got his 1st tatoo EG almost died I told him honey he is the navy's now let them fuss haha. He is really ok with it he just thinks he will not be happy when he gets older, but I know he will always be proud of it and why he got it. So how is everyone? How are your sailors? I hope everyone is good. I am sooo glad it is the weekend we are still tired from the sailors coming last weekend I tryed to stay up with them like I just got out of bootcamp haha.. They were all such great boys we had the best time they saw a part of the world I doubt they will see in the navy.Mississippi.ha. Well lets all keep this going I know some of the other groups are cool to we just need to keep in touch.God bless
