Fishdad, what's to understand? (lol) We have a Kind ad Loving God and where 3 or more are gathered........He listens to our Prayers and our cries for Mercy. Praise be to God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. May the Blessings of Christ and the Holy Spirit be upon you to strength, comfort and to give you Peace. Amen  I believer there are cards going to the ship and the hospital on base, if you talk to one of his commanders can you have them keep a look-out?  Is there an address she Should be using? Stay strong, Navy strong! Mom or Dad, doesn't matter we love you both, just Please keep us informed.

Marcy, I hope you're feeling all the love and Peace of Christ in your life and Know you're son is in His care. (are you getting any sleep?) when my daughter was over there for 2 years I comforted myself by repeating she's been trained and God is with her.

Glad to hear that Toms levels are staying positive Rick. I am praying for him.

Update on Heath: The doctor was in a while ago to tell us that he doesn't understand how it has happened over the last day, but that the abscess is significantly smaller and will not require risky surgery. They will keep him in the hospital here in Yokosuka until the infection is completely gone. He'll have 5 weeks to mend and then they will do an appendectomy. He'll take the time to recover from that surgery and then they will go in and repair his torn meniscus. It's going to be a very long road for him, but we are moving in the right direction. Please continue to keep him in your prayers. We are so very thankful for Gods provision. Thanks so very much!

And Marcy, your son is most definitely in my prayers. God will be with him.

Marcy, please feel comfort in the fact that I, and a great many other parents here, pray and think about all our sailors every day. I will make a special effort to think of your son this week, and pray for his success and safety, as well as the many adventures coming his way. Peace.

Prayers going up right now, I'll light a blue candle as soon as I get home for him. (Is blue okay? it's what I use for Navy, oh well the blue skies right? LOL)  This is not small. and nothing is too small or big for God.

God please be with this young sailor, as we know he is with you now. Be with his family and friends at their time of need. Please be with all of sailors on all their adventures. Amen.

Blondie, I watched the news report and cried. This is so sad for his family and friends.
