thanks for all the prayers, we made it safely, finally!  lol  here's a quick look at our trip over.

Hi all, we made it! very long trip, both flights were delayed (weather), once we made it to Tokyo 15 other flights were trying to check through imagration and customs Sooo glad we had no check baggage. LOL finally got that HUG! we had to ride a train, the metro and the bullet train all during rush hour all i can say is WOW remember I come from small town ohio. arrived at daughters house after traveling for 27 hours not counting the time difference (14 hours) we slept for about 40 mins. on plane. we dropped our bags, went out to eat and came home showered and went to bed. I only slept 3 hours (my norm). writing in my journal and learning some of their language. catching up with daughter. went to a mini- mart, 7/11, McDonald's and a mall so far and it's only 2:00. doing laundry now, going to base and then out to supper with a bunch of sailors in a few hours. wanted to let you all know we made it okay. no time to catch up if anything important, or prayers needed please send me a PM. daughter works tomorrow and now i know how to use her internet, so will try to catch up tomorrow. Hugs from sailor

God Please keep our blondie and her husband safe and close to you on their big adventure.

Keep her daughter one of our fine American Sailors safe and allow her as much time with her family in port. Japan is a far cry from home they need extra care from you as we wait anxiously to hear all about their adventure, In Jesus name Amen.

Blondie,

Go and expect good things. I'm praying that you get to see your girl and spend allot of good, leisurely time with her. I  have the feeling that things are going to calm down over there quickly. Have a blessed Christmas. We'll be in prayer for your trip, your Daughter, and all of our troops serving in the area. Have FUN!!!

Robert L

Hang in there buddy.  I'll be praying for you, your family and for Michael's speedy recovery.

My son Michael is still at RTC as he was injured during his final stages of training.  He is laid up with a stress fracture for 6 to 8 weeks and will not be able to come home for Christmas, as he had planned.  He was due to have PIR on 22 Dec.  Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers, as he is feeling very lonely right now.

We are praying for them as well as their loved ones.

Please pray about the tension on the Korean Penninsula and those servicemen and women who are potentially in harm's way.
