C.R. here is another prayer for your son that I found to be fitting:
Lord, I come before you today knowing that all power is in Your hand. I know that you are the Lord and that you care for your people. Right now, my friend is struggling with a difficult trial. I can see his strength is faltering, Lord, and know that you have all of the strength that he needs.
I pray that you will reach down and touch him right now wherever he is at this moment. Let your presence fill the room where he is and let him feel an extra portion of your strength that can help him to get through this day.
He needs you now, Lord, and I thank you in advance for meeting him where he is and shoring up his strength during this difficult time.
In Jesus' name. Amen.

Father, hear our cry for help.  If it be Your will, give strength and wisdom, knowledge to C.R."s son.  Help him complete his training and move on to become the man you would have him be.  For his parents we ask for Peace.  Through Christ Your Son, Amen.

Prayers C.R.--- RSS is probably the second most physically demanding training in the Navy....asking for strength and endurance from Our Father.

Asking prayers for my son who is in Rescue Swimmer School. He is struggling with the physical requirements.

Prayers asked for a good friend who is today dealing with the removal of life support for a close family member.  I've been there and the emotional turmoil you experience is immense.  Be at peace.

What a Wonderful life he had!  And what a Wonderful Blessing and Family he left to carry on.  His work on Earth is done, His Blessings in Heaven will be many.  Praising and Thanking for His life.
