Dear heavenly Father,
Please watch out for all our sick sailors. Keep their parents from feeling low. We as parents feel useless when our children are ill no matter their age. The distance is great for our sailors as they are off trying to aid the less fortunate. Bring them into your tender care and keep them safe as they recover from the flu . We have faith that you will be there for them. Amen

asking again for prayers, seems one of our ports have been exposed to H1N1! over 20 known cases as of fri.(dropping like flies-my daughters words) CO ordered everyone from her building to medical. my daughter is one that is sick, she's on 5 meds and SIG. Please keep her and all our service men and women in your prayers. I quess i'm so scared of the known that i didn't think of something like this.
Dear God,you know our needs before we do. keep this illness under control, give our men and women the strength to fight and survive. keep us here at home in your loving care also, give us your peace while we wait to here news of our loved ones. Be with all our service men and women and their families. in Jesus's name, Amen.

Heavenly Father.....Please comfort the families of those who have given the ultimate sacrifice....as your son did on the cross. Especially those serving in Afganhastan now.... May they find peace and comfort that only you can truly bring.... To all our servicemen and women please protect them and guide them...Lead them not in to temptation but deliver them from evil....For you are the kingdom, the power, the glory forever and ever....amen

Heavenly Father, please wrap your angel arms around Alex and his family and give them comfort at this time. Lord this is so sad, but only you know the answer. Lord this young man needs to get through his training to do his job. I pray that you are right there to guide and protect him. Thank you Lord for hearing all our prayers. Please wrap arms around all our military, family and friends, and keep us all safe and provided for. Amen.

Mommy Phillips -- Did Alex just graduate this past weekend on 8/14? My son did and he was in DIV 279. I'm wondering if maybe they knew each other. This is very sad news. I will keep the family in my prayers.

Alex, My prayers are with you, we always ask, "why" and one day we will have the answer. Be brave and may God always sail with you. Thank you for your service. And may God show you the way....
