Merry Christmas to all! We're missing our son this Christmas, but more importantly, he is Really missing us and home, and having a sad and frustrating day! Yeah, we really need to keep All the men and women serving our country lifted up in prayer!
Heavenly Father, we Praise you for who You are and for what You have done for us! As we celebrate Jesus' birthday today, remembering the incredulous details of Your incredible gift to us, help us learn to worship rather than celebrate. As our sons, daughters, wives, husbands, etc., who have willing chosen to put themselves in harms way for the defense and protection of this wonderful country, please touch them with Your Holy Spirit that they may sense Your presence and rejoice in Your Name, where ever they are and whatever they are doing! Thank you Father for the peace that transcends all understanding, even in times of frustration, fear, and danger! Please bless all of the men and women around the world and here at home, who are making it possible for us to have comfortable and safe gatherings, while they endure struggles and sacrifices! In Jesus' Wonderful Name! AMEN!

Just a note that I keep my son and all of our military men, women and families in my daily prayers. I feel that prayer is especiallyy important for those that are serving our country.

We are excited! Nick and I are leaving tomorrow for a 3-week stay at home in Crestline. It is going to be wonderful having our family all together at home again. Best Christmas present ever! Happy Birthday Jesus. (Steve)
