Navy Prayers: This is for anyone to post prayer request. We need a quiet place to go and leave prayer requests and to read them and pray for those requests. This is nondenominational. Please feel free to leave a prayer request or to take a moment and pray.

God Bless Clayton. I pray that God watches over all of our service men and women. Thanks Paul for the great video. It's a great reminder that the American people may not support our foreign policies but they sure support the men and women who put their lives on the line everyday to protect our way of life.
Paul, Thank you for the video. What an AWESOME turnout for the Beauchamp family and I am thankful there were no protests. The video moved me...my prayers go out to the Beauchamp family as they try to now pick up the pieces.
So glad there was no disruption. So glad for the show of support for the family. RIP Clayton.
Thanks for the update Owen...prayers indeed answered !!!
would appreciate prayers
Update from Bethesda: Nick continues to trudge ahead in his rehab here at WR. His dad takes over this weekend as caregiver, so I was certain to clean the apartment and stock the cupboards for them. Nick continues with PT, OT and TBI rehab, and he has worked up to a 30 minute cardio workout in PT. It amazes me to think of how much strength he has gained in the last couple of months. Unfortunat
ely he has surgery scheduled for August 22 so that will definitely put a damper on this therapy routine. He'll have some HO removed (a common condition among amputees) on his left side, and he'll have some badly-needed wound/skin repair on his right side. Afterwards, he will need to lay on his stomach/side for several weeks (depending on how the wounds heal up). None of us are looking forward to the surgery, but we pray that the outcome will mean less pain and more comfort for Nick when he's sitting in his wheelchair. These open wounds are also preventing Nick from doing the two things he really wants to do right now, (1) to go swimming, and (2) to put legs on.
To the Beauchamp Family. God bless you and yours. My prayers go out to you.
