Blondie,

You've done an excellent job in teaching your daughter to look to the Lord and to trust His guidance. And God is your loving Father, He is by her side, as well as yours. Rest in HIM. Trust in HIM. I will be praying for very clear discernment for you daughter and for peace of mind for you and your husband. In Job it says of God "I knew you in my mind, but now I see you with my eyes", I really believe that God will use this situation to show Himself to you. Hang in there. He's got it covered.

blondie you give us so much strength with your words and Scripture you post.  You and yours are in my prayers.  God knows your needs and he will hear our prayers to Him for you all.  Blessings to you.

been a ruff wed. night and thur.  she didn't get to call me back as scheduled time, I was a mess by the time she called (LOL) bad connection, they are still out.....I was way too busy here at work.....not good news.  I had a couple break downs, gave it to God and slept good.  problem is, us humans pick it right back up in the morning.  thur. morning was ruff, I sent her an e-mail trying to re-cap what i thought she told me on phone wed.afternoon and to let her know we love her and back her on whatever..... had a BIG state rep. in talking to doctors (@12, it was a pod mtg. ) kept me busy and on track until 1:00 yesterday afternoon, after everyone left and office put back together, I picked that cross right back up!  Thank God my SIL is off work and she had surgery on her foot so I went to take care of her and we chatted until @4:30, went hom picked up huubby and went to do taxes, came out better then we thought! another low as we ate supper (at restraunt) they had world news on.....of course we talked about her.  when we got home son/grandson was there and another SIL.  so too busy again.....God is good, he knows I try and I drop my burdens at the cross but as humans do, i always want to pick it back up.......hubby and I both woke at 1:22 am, upset stomache, aches and pains.....2am sailor called!  so we do know more and of course back her no matter what....I can't put alot out there until after the weekend and she calls me back but........she's turning down the job at the Pentagon.  (I know who does that?!  but she has her reasons)  ball is in navy's court.......where will this end?  In God's hands...it always begins and ends there.  He has a plan, she believes she is following his Path. so we have to trust her on this, but will continue to pray.

funny part is, she said my FB status helped her.  I dont' even know what a FB status is?!  LOL  She said something I posted...here it is.

Your present circumstances don't determine where you can go; they merely determine where you start.

my e-mail yesterday morning was her sounding board since we couldn't communicate. she had just gotten it last night before she called us at 2 am.  she said the next 2 days would be he!! but she would get through it with our Love and God.  there went the tears again!  I'm crying now just typing it.  sorry I can't say more, but you get the jest, it's another roller-coaster ride.

so excited, doing the happy dance (in my chair) BIG smile. Sailor just called on office phone, she asked if I was okay probably my voice...I said just harresed are you okay? she said she didn't know, set up a time to call me over lunch. If we're done or not my phone will be ON! might not be good news BUT I heard her voice!!!!
.

you better believe a prayer went up as soon as I heard her voice and then again as soon as we hung up, a hundred things went through my head/heart, but I felt the hand of God and heard him say I got this. so I know what ever it is we are not alone. crossing my fingers it's not bad news but trusting God to get us through this too.

• Today was a pretty good day for Nick. We're trying to get into the groove of our new facility here in Richmond, Virginia. So far everyone seems very nice, and they have Nick's best interest at heart. He'll start his therapy tomorrow which will include speech, occupational therapy, physical therapy and kinesiotherapy. I have a feeling he'll be exhausted by the end of the day. We're not sure just how long we'll be in Richmond, but we estimate it will be two to three months.

Praise be to God.

Please pray for Donna (a navy mom) who is struggling with her faith and beliefs.  she lost her parents in 2010, 2011 was full of going through her parents things and getting house ready to sale, what should have been full of great memories and a joyous time, was not. now in 2012 she is having family problems. please just remember her in your prayers, Our Father knows her needs.
