I second blondie, hugs to you all.  I'm sure it will all be fine, but the stress before and waiting can take its toll.  The Lord will see you through this because you turn to Him in faith, and we lift you in prayer.

This is for Heath.  I relize your appointment is friday, but not sure how early you will have to leave the house.

I haven't posted in awhile, but I have been lurking and keeping up with everyone.  You are all still in my prayers.  So glad to hear that Heath is doing so much better.  I'm sure he'll get good news from the surgeon.

Jim, will add your son's friend, Will, to the prayer list.  I never underestimate the power of prayer.

blondie, your posts are always inspiring.  I'm glad you take the time, with all you have on your plate.

Take care everyone!!!

Hi Blondie,

Sorry it's taken me so long to respond. It's been busy around here. You had asked for a picture of Heath. There is one of he and MCPON West on my profile page.

We're taking Heath to Bethesda on Friday to see a surgeon. We're trusting for good news. He's getting stronger and stronger and has a very healthy appetite these days!

He and I are going to mail out Care Packages tomorrow to Japan. I think it's really neat that he is getting this opportunity to bless some of his fellow Sailors.

Hope everyones well here. Still praying for your sons friend Jim. We've put him on our prayer list. And Cora, you're still in our prayers as well. As is Tom.

Take care everyone.

• God's writing your story. He knows when it's time to end a chapter, start a new one, or convert it into a mystery novel. We're best off not to attempt to read ahead.
