thanks April, I have a history of Migraines, but thought menopause had settled them, quess not!

Crystal, a year!  It probably seemed like a long year but gee, I would never have quessed it's been that long.  I'm sorry you are still hurting, but feel you'll probably be dealing with it until Our Heavenly Father calls you home too.  I loved your prayer. and add my AMEN!

Dear Heavenly Father,

A year ago I had my beloved Husband buried. He was already rejoycing with you in his new life in heaven.I am still wracked with grief and need you to hold me up. I feel so alone. He was a good husband, Father, Navy Retired Veteran, Scout Master, amd Friend. Please watch out for all who loved him and care after them in their journey through grief. Amen.

I'm so glad for all the positive news I'm hearing, such as Heath's healing.  I keep praying for Tom and Sean and Cara's friend and blondie.  I am at work at 8 so I don't stop and pray then, but I do pray while I am on the treadmill or eliptical.  Its so easy to clear my mind and let my body work.  Prayer just flows.  You are all in my heart and prayers.  blondie, there are so many things that make migraines happen, a dear friend goes to her neurologist in Big D.  With menopause, her attacks have lessened.  I pray your doctors find the trigger for yours so it can be treated.  God Blessings and Peace be with all.

True wealth is not measured in money or status or power. It is measured in the legacy we leave behind for those we love and those we inspire.

Amen, thanks for the up-date on Heath.

Rick, I'm excited for you all, enjoy your sailor.

I'm finally feeling better thanks all.  My sailor called yesterday, 156 mins.!  my headache got worse and my arm and neck hurt, but I didn't care!  LOL

Psalm 91 :15 - He shall call upon Me and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him & honor him.

In prayer we connect our need to Gods supply. We bring our emptiness to Gods fullness and ask Him to satisfy us. Our deficits are not match for His abundance, & our cries find a home in His ears.

Rick,

I can well imagine your excitement in getting to see your son!! Enjoy every moment with him. Has he received his orders yet? Let him know that he's in my prayers.

Thanks for asking about Heath. He is a week out from his appendectomy now and he is doing well. He spend the first four days post op with friends of ours which was good for him (and us as well). It did him good to be with a family. They get so lonely for family over there. Most people don't realize that the guys and gals in Japan are there for 3 years. It's very difficult for the single sailors/marines to be away from family that long. Especially in situations like this. They only get a week or two at home every year. Makes it tough. But getting back to Heath. He is still experiencing a lot of pain, but that is to be expected. He will be completely off of work until the end of the month and then he will report for Light Duty on Limited Duty. Which means he'll more than likely be sitting behind a desk. He'll probably do this until he has his next surgery. We're unsure when that will be but we are praying very hard that they will let him come home for a few weeks before his next surgery. They told him originally that he could, now they are saying that he cannot come home as long as he is on LimDu. He really needs to come home for a while. Just for some peace of mind. It's been a rough year over there in Japan. His appetite is picking up tremendously! I don't know who's more thrilled over this, him or me. Lol.  So, he should begin to put some weight on soon.

Blondie, praying for you about your migraine. I suffered from them for years and still get one here and there. We finally realized that mine were from allergies and stress (big surprise there). I even experienced some occular migraines earlier this year..quite psychedelic ...I'm praying that you're able to get some rest. They can be quite debilitating.

God bless you guys. Have a great remainder of the week.

When I am sad, He gives me comfort.

When I am in trouble, He delivers me.

When I am scared, He takes away my fears.

When I am alone, He is right there with me.

I owe everything to Jesus, my Lord and Savior.
