Div. 379

Does anyone else have a recruit in div 379? We got our first phone call last week and a long letter today. Sounds like they are having some trouble coming together. Anyone else hearing that?

It's not that unsual for a division to have some issues during the first few weeks...some never really click as a team while others end up looking and working like a well-oiled machine. Keep the positive letters going...its really up to the RDCs and the division to come together. A little prayer never hurts!!!

I believe prayer always helps and have not stopped praying. Yet, I know that learning how to be a team and pull each other through is one of the most important parts of their learning. I keep encouraging my sailor to do everything she can to help her shipmates. That's crucial. If you'd pray too, I'd appreciate the effort.
